Mini College Fair for Grade 12

It’s that time of the year when the air begins to crisp, the leaves start to fall, and the overwhelming anxiety of college applications begins to settle in. Acknowledging this requirement, the College Counselling Department at SFHS organised a Mini College Fair for students of Grade 12 and the IBDP. Hence, last Friday, over 30 universities from Canada, Australia and the United Kingdom had visited school to help our senior students make informed decision for their tertiary education. This led to an hour-long interaction with universities like: University of Victoria, York University, King’s College, Arizona State University, University of Birmingham, University of Bristol amongst others. These one-on-one conversations with students helped them gain a better idea about major options and admission criteria of the academic institutions they plan to attend.
