December 23, 2021

High School students, Mehak Mehra, Kashika Mahajan and Arshnoor Bhutani garnered laurels for Strawberry Fields High School by securing the top three position in the Johnson and Johnson GLOBAL INNOVATION CHALLENGE held on 13th December 2021. They presented their entry “Livelderly”, an ‘application’ designed to cater to the needs of the elderly in society. The global challenge included, middle and high school students from across the globe competing across three regions-

1Americas, North America (NA) and Latin America

2) Europe, Middle East and North Africa, and

3)  Asia Pacific.

Activities included virtual events and the students presented innovative and potentially viable solutions by addressing current community related problems and challenges. Students collaborated virtually, working in teams of two-four participants, to prepare and present innovative solutions to the proposed Global Challenge. Volunteers from Johnson & Johnson were the adjudicators and they marked out the ‘best solution’ from each region. The decisive round of judging, was the voting by Johnson and Johnson employees.

Mehak Mehra, Kashika Mahajan and Arshnoor Bhutani were winners all the way, being admired and acknowledged by the J&J group for their innovative idea and work.
