Ryna Kohli: A Rising Star in Chandigarh’s Taekwondo Arena

Ryna Kohli, a determined and skilled young athlete from SFHS, Class 6C, recently showcased her taekwondo prowess at two prestigious martial arts competitions held in Chandigarh. The first event, hosted by Carmel Convent School under the banner of the Martial Arts Taekwondo Championship 2024, took place on May 18th and 19th. Ryna’s participation in this tournament resulted in an impressive haul of three silver medals.

Her success did not stop there. On May 27th, Ryna once again demonstrated her talent and dedication at the 4th Chandigarh Cup 2024, organized by the Chandigarh Taekwondo Association at Mahajan Bhavan. Competing in the sub-junior category she showcased exceptional skill and determination, earning yet another silver medal to add to her collection. Her performance in both competitions highlights her versatility and capability across different aspects of the sport, including Poomsae, Speed Kicking and Breaking.
