In the spirit of Christmas, the Junior School students at Strawberry Fields High School made and
packed more than 200 gifts to be distributed among the underprivileged to spread love and warmth this
festive season. The gifts included stationary items, clothes and consumable goodies. With lessons on
kindness and sharing, this endeavour marked a perfect close to retreat into the Winter holiday season
for children of grades KG to 4.

The Social Welfare and Community Service Department distributed these gifts to the underprivileged
after collecting them from students of Junior School.

The social drive, headed by Twishaa Sehgal (Captain) coordinated the facilitation and distribution of
gifts with the teachers of Junior School. The team comprising : Hazel Garg, Aarush Khanna, Harvir
Swani and Raisa Vaidya was successful in seeing through this endeavour.

Hazel (Vice-Captain) along with Harvir and Raisa (Prefects) distributed gifts to the children of the
labourers at the new school site at New Chandigarh and various slum areas in Panchkula.

All of this would not have been possible without Mr. Paul (Social Welfare Coordinator). We would like to
thank him for his assistance and support! We hereby, also acknowledge the Social Care Association for
collaborating with us and helping us distribute the gifts in over 4 slum areas in Panchkula!
