Umeed, tge Community Upliftment Club, in association with the Social Welfare and Community Service Department of the High School organised a Collection Drive from Wednesday, 27 October to Friday, 29 October, 2021. The students of our school donated unused stationery items, including pens, pencils, erasers, notebooks etc. as well as old electronic items in usable condition The items were collected for the children at Hamari Kaksha, an NGO in sector 7-A Chandigarh which aims at providing education and support to underprivileged children and their mothers.

The main aim was to provide means for quality education for the children who were facing a shortage of resources after the pandemic. The drive was a heartening success due to the zeal and enthusiasm shown by the students of Strawberry Fields High School. All the items collected during the drive were handed over to Ms. Anuradha of the Hamari Kaksha NGO on Friday, 10th December 2021.
